We operate within a global cross-border e-commerce network, and our products are shipped from multiple locations depending on warehouse and inventory availability.

🕒 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
  • The fulfillment location may vary depending on each product’s warehouse and stock status.

📦 Shipping by Product Category

1. K-Beauty Box / K-Art Box / K-Food Box

  • Most of these items are shipped directly from South Korea.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 days from order confirmation.
  • Please note that shipping delays may occur due to customs clearance or global logistics conditions.

2. NZ Meat Box

  • Currently, delivery is available only within the Wellington region of New Zealand.
  • Orders placed with a shipping address outside the Wellington area will be automatically canceled or refunded.
  • We are working to expand our delivery coverage in the near future.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary by region, product type, and carrier conditions.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Customs duties or import taxes: it is your responsibility that your are not re-seller and your single purchase value is not exceeding De minimis threshold. please refer the cross border e-commerce guide line table before the order confirmation.

Shipping details

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.

For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $15 will be applied at checkout.

Please note that returns due to a change of mind are not accepted, so we recommend checking product details carefully before purchasing, as international returns can be costly and time-consuming.

In cases of product damage or defect upon arrival, we will provide a full refund or replacement. But you also need to provide receipt with the evidence of the damage or defect.
